Maine stated, it was great from the beginning. We drove to his place of business one weekend and then looked at the lil Bandit small machine model wood processor, Al the owner gave us all the information and demonstrated the machine letting us cut and run the machine to get a feel. He gave us information on how to get a loan. After getting a loan we went to pick up the machine and changed our mind and decided on the Lil bandit Deluxe model that had just arrived and was assembled the day before. When we got home we discovered weak points in the machine design in that the lower gap for the splitter bay was too large and could spread easily with wood splitter pressure allowing some of the splitter wood to fall out of the bottom of the splitter bay. We called Wynot Direct Input of the situation, Al got right to work contacting the manufacturer and requested an engineering fix for the problem. The manufacturer designed a proper fix with a reinforcement panel along the splitter bay and mailed the parts to us. Later that month a day and time was scheduled and a mobile welding arrived and spent the afternoon welding the reinforcements in place. While they were at our location they also fixed a ground wire for the engine charging system. This machine does everything we expected it to. It does take at least 2 people to run the machine to get the best maximum time out of every load of logs but can be run by one person. Al gaves us great customer service and follow up and we would definitely purchase from his company again.

I think this is a great example of what we are all about. These are machines and there can be mechanical and design issues, if this machine was a direct personal China purchase I can almost assure you that the manufacturer would have lil interest in a quick response and engineering fix. We build relationships with the manufacturer and comment to them on volume purchases for a commitment from them to provide engineering and parts support for our customers. In addition the machines are continually modified to improve the build quality, better function and in the design, then applied to all new or sold machines to offer the very best product we can offer. We also offer parts and service back up and great customer follow up and service. The machines we sell have all had build and design improvements that we specify in our purchase agreements and are not off the self manufacture cheap internet machines. They build to our specifications.
