Building on the legacy of our bestselling Lil Bandit Deluxe, new for 2026 the Bear- incorporates all the key features our customers have requested, making an exceptional wood processor even better. We have listened to your feedback and enhanced every aspect of the design to deliver a machine that leads the industry in both performance and value.

Key Features and Improvements 

  • Increased Horsepower: The Bear comes equipped with a fuel-efficient, gasoline-powered 35 hp Model R999 Commercial Rato Engine. This upgrade provides the power necessary to operate a larger hydraulic pump, boosting output from 16 GPM to 22 GPM. The result is more powerful chainsaw blade cutting, faster log processing, and greater productivity in less time.
  • Added Live Log Deck: The machine now features a live log deck with dimensions of 10’ x 8’, improving efficiency and ease of operation during wood processing.
  • Chain Driven Infeed Table: The chain-driven infeed table provides reliable and consistent log movement for smooth and efficient processing.
  • Adjustable Log Stop: A hard, adjustable log stop ensures precise log rounding and measuring for accurate cuts every time.
  • Enhanced Hydraulic System: Hydraulic hose sizes have been increased from ½” to ¾”, improving flow to the splitter cylinder. This change allows for faster cutting and reduces heat buildup during operation.
  • Hydraulic Oil Cooler: An added hydraulic oil cooler efficiently removes heat during warm weather operations, ensuring consistent performance.
  • Reinforced Splitting Ram: The hydraulic splitting ram now features a reinforced pusher plate to withstand greater operational demands.
  • Extended Exit Conveyor: The exit conveyor has been upgraded from a 10’ standard length to a 14’ folding design, making it easier to load wood directly into the back of a dump truck bed.
  • Improved Mobility: The processor is trailable, equipped with a 2” hitch receiver and torsion bar suspension for smooth and reliable transport.
  • Hydraulic log clamp for secure log handling during operation.
  • Warranty: Enjoy peace of mind with a two-year parts replacement warranty on non-normal wear items. For commercial use, the warranty is one year. Chains and chain bars are considered wear items and are excluded from warranty coverage.
